Appointments are available Wednesday mornings and all day Friday. Evening appointments are available Thursday.
$100.00 per one hour session. Payment is due at the time of service provided. Payment may be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer. (Note: Please e-transfer prior to session in order for payment to be processed and receipted accordingly.)
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
24 hours notice required for all cancellations. Missed appointments without 24 hours notice will be charged the full cost of the missed session ($100).
Some insurance companies will cover services offered by a Registered Psychotherapist. Please check your plan carefully. Please note that non-reimbursed psychotherapy expenses may be claimed on your income tax. Services are not covered by OHIP.
Your privacy is very important to me. Your information will not be shared with anyone without your consent except when I am required by law to do so. My full confidentiality policy will be provided at our initial consultation.
While I do make use of email for booking appointments, please keep in mind that email is not completely secure; therefore, please do not include sensitive information in an email.
Please also note that I do not accept requests on social media (e.g. FaceBook, LinkedIn) from past or current clients as I believe that it compromises your privacy.
Employee / Student / Congregational Assistance
Some employers and schools offer employee/student assistance programs which cover short-term counselling. I am an affiliate provider with Aspiria and HumanaCare. I also provide counselling for the Congregational Assistance Plan (CAP), Student Assistant Plan and Clergy Care programs offered through Shalem Mental Health Network.
